Staying loyal to our sense of responsibility , the hotel , the management and staff stand by , fully equipped and trained according to the COVID-19 protocols established by the Greek Government and they wait for you to stay safe at Horizon Blu!
For your best possible stay we adjusted our services to the new data :

• Breakfast is offered according to the necessary protection measures.
• Extension of the check out – check in window ( Check out until 11:00 and check in from 15:00) This change is mandatory to secure the proper cleaning , decontamination and ventilation of the room between the guests.
• Maintain the proper safety distances during check in/check out.
• Τurn down service are canceled unless the guest requests otherwise.
• Cleaning and decontamination based to the Greek Organization of Public Health.
• Special instructions for cleaning in case of patient based to the Greek Organization of Public Health.
• Enhancement of hygiene services at all the communal areas and high risk objects ( door handles , elevator buttons etc )
• Meticulous cleaning and very good ventilation during the hours between the stays of different guests.
